Shipping

All of our products are IN STOCK unless stated otherwise.

If you experience any issues upon checking out on the CART page, for example (shipping destination can't be selected), please use the CONTACT form and send us a message so that we may assist you.

We offer worldwide shipping (some exceptions do apply) at discounted shipping rates (non-retail rates). Please use the CONTACT form to receive a shipping quote and purchase total if one cannot be provided by our website checkout page.

Please allow 24-48 hours for all online orders to be processed prior to shipping. VTS may occasionally contact the buyer to confirm order information. Prices and specifications of listed products are subject to change without notice.

All orders will receive a confirmation email. Please view your inbox and/or spam folder to ensure it was delivered. If not, please contact us.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard carrier for all domestic and international oversized packages (ie. poly tanks).
USPS and/or UPS may be used as our carrier for all non-oversized domestic and non-oversized international packages (ie. senders and accessories).
Shipping, insurance, and applicable sales tax are added to the invoice upon checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. APO and other Military addresses may be declined.

All poly tank shipments include the following: insurance, tracking, and a signature required upon delivery.
If a recipient isn't available at the time of delivery to accept and sign for the shipment, the delivery will default to a notice on your door. This notice will often note that the carrier will make another delivery attempt and will provide alternative options if you still won't be available.

Shipping Times:
Approximate delivery is 3-5 days from the ship date. Delays may occur, especially with extended distances from our warehouse. Once a tracking number is provided, please monitor the progress of your package via the carrier's website.

Billing and Shipping Address:  
The “ship to” address must match the “bill to” address. VTS can only ship to the credit card’s billing address or PayPal address displayed on the Transaction Details page. Please be sure to notify your financial institution of your most up to date address. There are no exceptions made on this particular policy when paying via credit card and/or PayPal.

Shipping to Freight Forwarding Companies:
For the best delivery experience, we strongly recommend that all customers use our preferred shipping carriers to send orders directly to your designated shipping location. By doing so, you'll benefit from the peace of mind that comes with a tracking number for every shipment. In case of non-delivery, lost packages, delays, or damages, we can provide immediate assistance and resolve issues swiftly.
Please be aware that if you opt to use a freight forwarder for international shipments, our ability to assist ends once the carrier confirms delivery to the forwarder. To avoid any complications and ensure a smooth delivery process, we encourage you to have your package sent directly to your address.

Hawaii and Alaska Addresses:
Shipping to these locations is available and will require VTS to invoice you directly through PayPal. Selecting "United States" for these addresses will result in inaccurate shipping rates and your order may be cancelled. Please use the CONTACT form to send us a message with the items which you would like to purchase with your complete shipping address.

Canadian Addresses:

All applicable customs GST and/or PST fees, duties, and taxes are not assessed by VTS and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon the package's entry into Canada. These fees are to be paid to the delivery carrier company directly as a cash-on-delivery payment. International Canadian issued credit cards occasionally cannot be verified by address. These instances require an alternative form of payment. Please contact us for further information.

International Addresses:
All applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes are not assessed by VTS and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon the package's entry into their country. These fees are to be paid to the delivery carrier company directly as a cash-on-delivery payment. International issued credit cards occasionally cannot be verified by address. These instances require an alternative form of payment. Please contact us for further information.

Note:
Due to some unique delivery locations, we may add additional shipping charges or non-standard fees. For example: your "ship to" location is outside the boundry of a major city and requires extra fees by the carrier based on mileage, package size, and/or dimensions. If so, we may invoice you to pay this fee prior to shipping. We make every attempt to charge actual shipping costs to buyers using non-retail rates through the carriers we use. Some exceptions will apply.
