We have a 30-day return policy from the date you received your order; no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues so that we can resolve them as soon as possible.
-All items must be returned unused with their original packaging.
-Poly Tank returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. This charge will be deducted only from the cost of the poly tank amount. (Example: 10% of $700.00 =$70.00)
-To be eligible for a Poly Tank return, the tank must be in the same condition in which you received it, including its original shipping box, protective bag, and packing materials. This ensures we receive the tank back in the same condition as shipped without incurring any damage.
-No returns will be accepted if the Poly Tank has been modified in any way. This includes any drilling, cutting, grinding, sanding, or damage not originally present on the poly tank as shipped from our warehouse.
-If damage occurs as the result of shipping, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
-Returns are not eligible for original shipping and insurance costs to be refunded.
-Buyer is responsible for all return costs and insurance for the full value of the items.
-All accepted returned items will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns delivered back to VTS without an issued RMA number will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the buyer.

NOTE: All tanks are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping from our warehouse. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process and product finishing techniques, minor cosmetic tank blemishes may still be present. These include, but are not limited to: wax residues, tooling imperfections, molding marks, surface finish discolorations, plastic fragments, and blemishes from the trimming process. We do not ship tanks which fail our quality control inspection process.
