Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Return Process:
- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues, so we can resolve them quickly.
- To initiate a return, please use this Contact page link. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
- All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Original shipping costs, insurance, and signature fee are non-refundable.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- Accepted returns will be assigned an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the buyer.
Poly Tank Returns (for Successful Deliveries):
- Poly Tanks must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original shipping box, protective bag, and packing materials.
- No returns will be accepted for modified Poly Tanks (e.g., drilling, cutting, grinding, sanding, or any damage not present when shipped).
- Poly Tank returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the cost of the tank (e.g., 10% of $700 = $70).
- Original shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable. Once your order is shipped, these costs are paid to the carrier and are not refunded, even if the item is returned.
Return Shipping:
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance for the full value of the items.
- Please provide the tracking number from the return label so we can monitor the return delivery date and process your refund promptly.
Return & Refund Policy (for Unsuccessful Deliveries): If you are unavailable to sign for the third and final delivery attempt and did not provide an alternative delivery option to UPS, and the order is returned or rerouted back to us, the following policies will apply to your refund:

Poly Tank Returns: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost of the tank (e.g., 10% of $700 = $105).

Shipping and Insurance: Original shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable. Once shipped, these fees are paid to the carrier and are not refunded, even if the item is returned or rerouted due to the recipient's unavailability.
Reshipping Policy for Returned Orders:
If an order is returned to us and you request it to be reshipped to the same address, we will issue an invoice for a new shipping label and provide you with the tracking number once the label is created.
NOTE: All tanks are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping from our warehouse. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process and product finishing techniques, cosmetic tank blemishes may still be present. These include, but are not limited to: wax residues, tooling imperfections, molding marks, surface finish discolorations, plastic fragments, and blemishes from the trimming process. We do not ship tanks which fail our quality control inspection process.
